HOW TO MEASURE FOR YOUR HELMET:
Here's the easiest way to measure for either a Z-1 or an Evo: Take a cloth tape
or sturdy string and find the circumference of your head above the ears at the
widest point. I suggest that you do the measurement in the middle of the tape
and do the math; if you are working with a string, translate it to a ruler.
Evo sizing tends to run just a bit smaller than the Z-1 and Fairwind, so if you
are on the edge of a size difference, order the next size larger. Remember, if
you make the wrong selection it is a simple matter of mailing a liner back and
forth to correct the problem!
Evo Freefly Helmet,
The open-face freefly
helmet is made of the same structural
material as the Z-1 inlaid
into a black rubber surround. It comes in all of the same colors
and sizes and just like the Z-1, the liner is removable and has
pockets for an audible over each ear. The standard finish is
shown here in Metallic Blue, but the Evo is well-suited for the
soft touch finish, too.
